Farmer Kevin McDonald was not happy with conventional tillage. He needed to beat down his high costs of fuel and labor so he created the Incorpramaster. Mark Hoffman, a dairy farmer and engineer, bought an Incorpramaster and soon joined Kevin’s team. Together they took tillage to the next level with the OPTIMIZER.
The OPTIMIZER is the only one-pass tillage system in the world that offers complete conventional tillage. We made the OPTIMIZER to meet our needs when nothing else was good enough. That’s why we are sure this is the solution you need too.
We designed the OPTIMIZER to lower costs by creating a quality seedbed from the post-harvest state in just one pass. This means less fuel, less labor, less tractor maintenance and less time for tilling. It not only lowers costs but gives better crop yield thanks to less compaction. It also means less particulate matter, qualifying for the 2008 Farm Bill and helping you meet stricter regulations.

Models
We are always improving the OPTIMIZER System. Our newest OPTIMIZER 4000 and 2000 models offer the same great tillage capabilities in both 18- and 12-foot-wide sizes. The OPTIMIZER 4000 can also be upgraded to the Heavy Duty option for heavier soil and deeper working depth. All OPTIMIZER models are perfect for all row and field crops. The OPTIMIZER System also offers additional tools such as a down-pressure roller for stubborn fields and an air-seeder for integrated planting.

All the OPTIMIZER models are suitable for both primary and secondary tillage tasks and can be used in both pre planting and post harvest tillage. The OPTIMIZER replaces disc, chisel, spring tooth, soil conditioning, land-plane and ring roller operations by combining them into just ONE PASS. The OPTIMIZER works with all row and field crops and features a heavy axle system with a hydraulically controlled walking beam suspension for both depth control and transport. The OPTIMIZER’s modular design makes it possible to add components or exchange components in the field. Thus, this machine can easily be retrofitted to meet grower’s changing needs and to produce optimum results under varied tillage conditions—soil types and crop rotations.
